Account & Data Deletion

Vnutri is published by Eternity Cat, LLC. This page explains how to request that your Vnutri account and the data associated with it be deleted, which data is removed, which data is kept for legal or financial compliance, and how long the process takes.

How to request deletion

  1. Open your email client and write to support@vnutri.app from the email address associated with your Sign in with Apple or Google account in Vnutri. If you have only used Vnutri as an anonymous user, include the account identifier shown in the app under Settings → About → Account.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my Vnutri account".
  3. In the message body, confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We will reply within seven business days to confirm we have received the request, and the deletion itself will be completed within thirty days.

Data that is deleted

When you request deletion, the following data tied to your account is permanently removed from our systems within thirty days, except for backup copies that age out on a rolling basis within ninety days:

  • Your account identifier and authentication record (Sign in with Apple / Google linking, email address if provided by the provider).
  • Custom foods you created, including any attached photos.
  • Favorites — the list of foods you saved.
  • Preferences — language and theme overrides.
  • Meal log entries, weight entries, and intermittent-fasting windows.

Data that is kept

We keep a limited set of records that we are required to retain for tax and financial-record compliance in the European Union and the United States, even after your account is deleted:

  • Subscription and purchase records (transaction ID, product ID, status, trial and renewal dates) — retained while a subscription is active and for up to seven years after cancellation or refund. We never receive payment card or banking details; those stay with Apple or Google.

Timeline

We confirm receipt within seven business days and complete the deletion within thirty days of the request. Backup copies age out on a rolling basis within ninety days. Subscription and purchase records are retained for up to seven years as described above.
