Vnutri (“inside” in Russian) is a nutrition reference and tracker. The category is full of apps that lock the catalog behind a subscription, force a credit-card trial, or hide everyday features behind aggressive paywalls. Vnutri keeps the catalog free forever, makes the free tier genuinely usable for daily tracking, and offers Premium as an optional upgrade.

What’s in the catalog

Eight curated, openly-licensed food composition databases — USDA FoodData Central, the Canadian Nutrient File, UK CoFID, French Ciqual, Norwegian Matvaretabellen, Australian AFCD, Danish Frida, and USDA’s Choline database — aggregated into one consistent dataset. About 845 everyday foods and 340 globally-recognized dishes, each with 38 nutrient fields including macronutrients, micronutrients, fatty acids, and choline. Tagged for 9 diets (vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, paleo, Mediterranean, low-FODMAP) and Glycemic Index where measured. Localized into English, Spanish, Catalan, French, German, Italian, and Russian.

Built around your privacy

No ads, no advertising trackers, no behavioral profiling, no sale of your data. The reference catalog runs locally on your device — no server call needed to look up a food. The things you create — favorites, custom foods, meal logs, weight entries, and fasting windows — live in a local database for instant offline access and sync to our Firebase backend under an anonymous account so they survive a reinstall.
